We had a wonderful experience here on a busy Tuesday night! Despite the crowd, the 25-minute wait flew by as we explored the charming surrounding neighborhood. We were seated outside on the waterfront, which offered a nice panoramic view of Venetian Bay—complete with boats, fish, and beautiful homes. The atmosphere is perfectly relaxed, casual, and very family-friendly (they even have a good kids' menu). The food was great; we highly recommend the Calamari, Tuna Nachos, and the Mushroom Bacon Swiss burgers. Oh, and they have delicious pickles! Great service and a lovely setting!
The location is definitely the highlight of this restaurant, offering beautiful sunset views and a great vantage point to watch the boats pass by. The atmosphere alone makes it a great place to sit back and relax. On top of that, the food was excellent and the service was solid throughout our visit. It’s hard to ask for much more. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by if you’re anywhere near the Pub or doing some shopping at the Village.
Good pub food in an open location along the water. Service was friendly and fast and food was good with your typical pub fare with an emphasis on seafood. Prices were reasonable and everything was tasty. A good option for a laid back meal.
The blackened red fish Caesar Salad was good. My husband said his burger was delicious. They cooked it to the wellness he requested. The bun was good and the mayo was good with a hint of sweetness. The atmosphere is relaxing if you get to eat outside by the water. It is really pretty with the lights in the water. It makes it easier to see the fish at night when they swim by the water. You also have pickles on the table that taste fresh and you can eat as many as you would like. The blueberry beer is also very tasty and refreshing. I would recommend giving this place a try.
My wife and I were looking for a nice seafood restaurant. I noticed The Village Pub had a lower review score than other restaurants. Disregard the review scores on this place. The food was fantastic. It had a great cozy, coastal vibe. The waiter was very attentive and polite. The coconut shrimp in mango sauce was awesome. Both of our meals were great.
