I do not recommend this company. Their communication was lacking, dealt mostly with James, as Oliver seemed to have dropped out. The quality of custom bathroom cabinets built by James in-laws left me "fixing" the shelves with craft sticks and glue dots because the shelf pegs are too far in from corners, and too much overhang with too little drawer space. I repainted the walls, as their painter was very poor and did not seem to understand either English or Spanish. The low-entry shower was almost as high as the old one. The quality is just not there, it took double the time estimated because they struggled to build anything right the first time, and the job was definitely not inexpensive. The vanity lights, medicine cabinets, faucets, sinks, and sink cabinet did not all line up! So they "sort of" rebuilt. They really made me wish I had chosen the low bidder. Notice they have no recent reviews. In any big project, you normally get two out of three - quality, price, or time. I did not get any of the three.

Working with Oliver, Brielle, Jeremy, and the entire team at Twelve12 was an amazing experience. The team's creative designs and skilled craftsmanship turned our dated bathrooms into works of art. Would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a unique and equally stunning contracting project--plus, they're just fun people to be around!

FANTASTIC BATHROOM RENOVATION - Jeremy and Oliver did an amazing job from start to finish for our master bathroom remodel. At the proposal phase of the project, Oliver provided 3D models of the renovation to give us a realistic idea of the final product. He was also mindful of our budget and provided multiple price options for consideration. As the building materials and fixtures were selected, Jeremy and Oliver reviewed all specifications to ensure compatibility and completeness so once the project started, there would be not delays due to materials. The also used high quality materials, especially the cabinets which were constructed from solid wood, elegantly painted and included soft-close drawers. Once the project got started, Jeremy and the various sub-contractors will all very respectful, arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. All the work was done with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. There were a couple of times minor issue were identified and they were quickly fixed the following day. Throughout the process, both Jeremy and Oliver were responsive via e-mail and text letting us know what was happening each day and answering any questions we had. As we got to know them over the number of weeks, it was clear they loved what they did and took pride in the quality of the work. We are extremely happy with working with Twelve 12, not just for how beautiful our renovation turned out but the peace of mind that the Oliver and Jeremy would do everything to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

Working with Oliver and Jeremy on a kitchen remodel was terrific. They are two genuinely nice guys who care about the end result and getting the job done right. Invite a few contractors to bid your project and you will be able to tell the difference. Oliver provided 3 sketches of our project with different options in our price point. Other contractors who bid the project provided little effort in the quotation stage, providing verbal or vaguely written quotes. When it came to getting the work done, Jeremy managed his crews and clean up very well and made sure that all of the work was done to my satisfaction level. If something needed to be fixed, he made it happen. His subcontractors were all respectful and Jeremy holds them to a high standard for cleanliness. Remodeling jobs get dirty, but the effort they put in to minimize the impact on your daily life during the project makes a difference. When selecting materials, Jeremy was willing to double check the specs and provide recommendations where I needed help before I made my purchases. That's helpful if you don't have much experience in construction. At the end of the day we love the results and really enjoyed working with Twelve12.

Twelve12 came highly recommended by friends who had their master bath remodeled and they did an amazing job for us! Twelve12 completely gutted our master bath and created a relaxing retreat for us. In addition, they beautifully updated two more bathrooms. Oliver & Brielle worked with me to integrate my ideas and tastes into a design that is stunning. They were available when I had design questions and helped me greatly by narrowing down options (tile, paint, fixtures, etc.) thus reducing my legwork and providing choices that integrated beautifully with my color scheme and tastes. Jeremy handled the construction side of things and worked tirelessly to attend to every detail, insisting that each aspect of the job was done exactly as specified. He was great to work with, and was happy to accommodate when I expanded the job to include some work in our master bedroom. I cannot say enough nice things about Twelve12 and I highly recommend them for any remodeling work.
