What truly sets them apart is their thoughtful design—they even have a kids’ play area, allowing parents to shop comfortably and stress-free. I first purchased tile here in 2022 for my home, and after three years, I returned again—and the experience was just as wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and patient—they provided various samples, explained the features of each product, and helped me find the perfect match. Truly outstanding customer service and a beautifully curated selection. Highly recommended!

I went into the Houston showroom ready to make a large purchase for countertops and tile for a remodel. The staff was incredibly rude and acted extremely annoyed that I was asking for assistance. I have worked in this industry for a long time and have never encountered such a rude and awkward experience with the staff. I left and am taking my business elsewhere.
