Timeless Tile Pro did a fantastic job regrouting the family room/kitchen floor for us. The work brought new life to an old floor. Randy was responsive and thorough with all communication and his crew worked efficiently, finishing ahead of schedule. It was nice to see Randy onsite with his crew as well. I highly recommend Timeless Tile Pro. Great job!
Randy and his crew remodeled my master bath, and did a fantastic job. During the consultation, Randy clearly explained the detailed waterproofing process and I had full confidence he wouldn’t cut any corners. He gave me an estimated start date and stuck to it, beginning on that exact date. He also finished the project ahead of schedule. Through out the process, Randy was very professional and responsive, and I was thrilled with how the tile turned out. If I have and tile work that needs done in the future, Randy is my guy.
We had a great experience! The cost was similar to the other quotes we got, but the main difference was that the owner was really easy to reach and responded to messages immediately (that shouldn't be remarkable but I've learned that it really is!). Every day the team showed up a little bit early, explained exactly what they were doing, did great work, stayed as late as they needed to, and cleaned up really well so we wouldn't have dust or mess overnight. The finished work looks fantastic. We'll definitely call them again if we do any more tile work in the future.

Randy is extremely talented, with a great eye for detail and craftsmanship that clearly shows in his work. Beyond the quality of the job, Randy was a pleasure to work with. He has such a calm, professional attitude and was very attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. He listened carefully, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure we were happy every step of the way.
