I really wanted this to be a good experience - intentionally going to a local agent rather than booking my own flights this time as I wanted to make a couple of stops. I enquired via email first Thursday 27th March and got a quick reply. I askied about options (including business for one direction) then stopped by the office on the Monday. Apparently that wasn't the right thing to do because even though they are a shopfront on Mitchell St it is by appointment only and one staff member was quite flustered by my appearance. They assured me that I could stop by the next day as I was going to be out of town for work for the rest of the week. When I arrived the message hadn't been passed on that I was going to be in to try to get my overseas flights booked. Staff were in online training sessions at their desks, and though they did stop to let me know that they would get right on it, I got no further specific information - though I did give my passport to copy to make sure there would be no further delays. I hadn't heard anything by the next day so I called them back and was told I would get a return call before COB. That was 2 April - it is now the 13th of April and I have not heard a word - either by phone or email. I ended up booking my own flights directly - it is for June travel to Canada and the price was rising daily! I am so disappointed as I read such good reviews, and I try to support local whenever I can - this was just an ultimate fail.

Kaye and her team are excellent. Kaye has booked all my family's holidays for the past fifteen years. She is experienced and you can travel knowing you are in good hands. Kaye can help design the best holiday for you whether luxury or budget friendly. None of my holidays would have been as great as they were without Kaye and I will continue to use her for all our holidays in the future. I cannot recommend her enough. She's brilliant!

Have nothing but positive comments to make. During our booking there was constant and immediate communication, consideration of options we had not explored and, even despite our changes, it was a very smooth and easy process. Whilst we were on holidays we had several issues that were dealt with professionally and promptly. Then when we returned one outstanding issue we had was followed up with a constant stream of information as to where it was at until there was a final and satisfactory resolution. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have enjoyed the friendly and always professional service provided by Kaye and the rest of the National Tavel team for almost twenty years. Whatever the plan, when travel suggestions are made, or when our plans become complicated or other needs arise (such as the occasional interaction with our insurers) National Travel always helps us magnificently. We cannot recommend National Travel too highly !

Just returned from a Globus tour of UK followed by 15 day river cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam with Scenic. A wonderful experience made all very easy with the help of Kaye who made sure everything was right and transfers were in place. Early autumn an ideal time for these places. Too many memories and special things to pick our favourites. Definitely will be seeing Kaye in the future to quell the travel bug
