I cannot say enough good things about Merrell Stout. He had not marketed a business like mine before. He dove head first into learning the business inside and out. This was our first experience buying a business. We worked with several different brokers while looking at different businesses. Merrell was the best and I'm glad that he represented the one we chose to pursue. He made it clear that he represented the seller but he really supported the buyer as well to ensure a smooth transaction.
