I had a great experience with Viles & Beckman after my auto accident. From the very beginning, they made the entire process so much less stressful and helped ease a lot of the anxiety I was dealing with. They truly handled everything for me and kept me updated throughout the process so I never felt lost or overwhelmed. My case manager, Gabby, was absolutely amazing. Anytime I had questions or needed clarification, she responded quickly and was always kind, patient, and reassuring. She genuinely made me feel cared for during a difficult time. My attorney, Francesca, also fought hard for me and did everything possible to help my case. I truly appreciate the effort, communication, and support their team provided every step of the way. Viles and Beckman have been absolutely great throughout my case and my son’s case. They worked extremely hard for us and always made me feel like I could rely on them. I worked with Fran and Nat and they were amazing. They were both so knowledgeable and put up with my constant questions! Fran and Nat were so patient with me and handled everything with urgency. I could tell that they actually cared about what I was going through. I never had to wait to hear back from either one of them. They either picked up my calls instantly or called back right away. They also kept me updated every step of the way. I was never once left wondering what was going on. I would give both Fran and Nat more than 5 stars if I could.
