I took my dog for a 7 inch blade cut. I spoke to a grooming tech assistants about our wants for our dog as our groomer was busy at the time. We specified that we did want a shorter cuts but still have a teddy bear look around the face. My husband came to pick up our dog, had to pay prior to seeing our dog, and already tipped for the services done. When he saw my dog, we realized they did NOT do as we asked. Pictures of our dog looked liked versus what we asked for. Not sure where the miscommunication came in.
I was nervous about finding a groomer for my 10 month old pomeranian. I am so glad I found Woof Gang's. They listened to what I wanted/ didn't want for my pup. They educated me on what would be the best way to groom him to keep his fur the way it currently is. Sara did a phenomenal job and my pup looked exactly how I hoped. If you have a pomeranian and want show-worthy grooming, this is the place. I also love that they Dremel nails, not cut. So much better for the dog.
First time getting my boy Auggie groomed here, decided to try a local place over national chain and wasn’t disappointed! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! They did a great job with Auggie and priced comparable to the chain groomers! They are a great local company and highly recommended for your precious fur baby!
Humphrey is usually nervous around other people and isn't very fond of water, but I can tell he had a great time! My baby looks so handsome and smells amazing! Will definitely come back, first time getting a groom and I'm very impressed. The staff were patient and gentle with him, phenomenal job! Thank you!
We tried several groomers in GVL before Woofgang and were so happy to find Brianna + Woofgang that we haven’t looked back. They take the absolute best care of our anxious long haired dachshund pup and he looks forward to visiting because he too knows it’s all TLC! I love that he isn’t crated for hours on end and there is a thoughtful consult at each visit. Truly the best GVL has to offer, highly recommend to anyone for their beloved four-legged family members.
