As of mid May 2026 they just put in a bunch of new machines!! Yay!! 🥳 I was contemplating asking them to put in more of a certain leg machine for so long because it always had a wait. But to my surprise I came back the next week and there were 2 more!! This shows that they are noticing and/or listening to their customers here. Theres a bunch more NEW shoulder, chest, and other machines too:) I go in the evenings and usually dont wait for my machines. So this was a nice surprise:)
This review is for the Early Education program at this location. I literally do not have enough great things to say about the women who work this program. My child has been attending for about 6 months and I've come to look forward to his days he spends here so much. He is special education (speech delayed) and despite this his teachers have coaxed him out of his shell to be way more social and vocal in just the short time he's spent here. The class sizes are smaller (especially depending on the days you pick) so he's gotten a lot of one-on-one attention that he wouldn't be getting at another day care/preschool. They do lots of cute seasonal arts and crafts, get cute toys and gift bags regularly around holidays, I get daily pictures of him enjoying activities... it's just great special care. If you're a parent looking to get your kid a bit more socializing or even just some free time a couple days a week, I can not recommend this program enough!
This place radiates a warm, welcoming vibe that feels like a little oasis in the middle of the busy city. The gym is spacious and never feels crowded, which makes workouts a pleasure. While the facility shows its age, it’s cared for with pride—and with renovations on the horizon, it’s only getting better. The Y inspires me with its spirit of community and humanity, reminding me that we’re all in this together.
I would keep going to this Y if the women's locker room/bathroom wasn't so run down and they completely gutted the floor plans. I mainly came here for the heated pool, sauna, and some workout classes.
This is a great place to work out, with a welcoming ambiance and friendly staff. While it can get quite busy at times, there’s rarely a long wait for the machines. The building could use some maintenance, but it’s clear that efforts are made to keep it in good condition. It’s also refreshing to see a diverse community of all ages coming together here.
